Ivím Membership

A care team that’s in it with you.

Ivím is a physician-led virtual practice. One membership gives you people who know your story, plus access to every Ivím program when you need it.

What happens between visits is everything

Most of your care happens after the first visit, in the weeks and months when your body is adjusting and new questions come up. Your care team stays close for all of it.

  1. A care team that knows your history

The people treating you know your story and build on it over time.

  2. Reach your care team

When a question comes up, you don’t have to save it for your next appointment.

  3. Regular check-ins

Your provider keeps up with how you’re doing, so your plan reflects where you are now.

  4. Adjustments as you respond

Your plan changes when your body tells us it should.

  5. Support beyond the prescription

Functional health coaches, a patient experience team, and a community of members who get it.

Membership and medication are billed separately.

An active membership is required to receive prescription medication through Ivím. Ivím membership gives you access to your care team and to all Ivím programs. Medication is billed separately, as part of your treatment plan.

Membership

$75/mo

Your care team, check-ins, treatment adjustments, and support. One fee, whichever programs you use.

One-time costs

Some programs include a one-time cost, such as the at-home lab kit for Men’s Hormone Health ($99).

Medication

Based on your plan

Cost depends on the medication prescribed, its formulation (compounded or brand-name), your dosage, and how long your treatment runs.

Membership: $75/month, auto-renews until you cancel. Medication is billed separately. Your membership is billed at $74.99 each month and auto-renews until you cancel. Membership must run the length of your clinical program. You can cancel online in your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; however, because an active membership is required for prescription medication, canceling also ends future prescriptions through Ivím. Ivím offers both FDA-approved medications and compounded medications. Compounded drugs are permitted under federal law but are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Provider evaluation required.

Getting a prescription is the easy part.

What’s different is how care is delivered around them.

Common Questions

Is membership required to receive prescription medication?

Yes. An active membership is required for any prescription medication through Ivím. It’s how your provider stays involved in your treatment.

Do I need a membership to buy supplements?

No. Anyone can buy Ivím supplements, with or without a membership. Prescription medication requires an active membership.

Is medication included in the membership fee?

No. Medication is billed separately, based on your treatment plan.

Can membership be covered by insurance?

Membership fees cannot be submitted to traditional insurance. However, some patients may be able to use an FSA or HSA to cover membership costs. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend checking directly with your FSA or HSA administrator before enrolling. Please note that Ivím does not determine or guarantee which expenses are eligible for reimbursement, as eligibility is decided by each individual FSA or HSA provider.

How does canceling work?

Your GLP-1 membership auto-renews until you cancel, and you can cancel online from your account (https://www.ivimhealth.com/my-account/). Canceling doesn’t refund any fees already paid or pause your program period, though: your program keeps running toward its fixed end date, and any medication not yet shipped is forfeited once your program period and 14-day grace period expire. You’ll still owe for any medication already dispensed or prepared and any membership fees accrued before cancellation. Refunds are only available as described in our Refund and Returns Policy (https://www.ivimhealth.com/refund_returns/).

What happens if my treatment changes?

Your membership stays the same. Your provider updates your plan, and your medication cost reflects what you’re prescribed.

Do I need a separate membership for each health goal?

No. One membership gives you access to all Ivím programs, with no additional membership fee. Medication and program-specific costs like lab kits are billed separately, and your provider decides what’s clinically appropriate.
