Fertility, addressed directly
Standard TRT can suppress your body’s own production and affect fertility. Enclomiphene works differently — it stimulates your body to produce more of its own testosterone, which may be better suited for men who want to preserve fertility. If you’re actively trying to conceive, tell your provider.

What is Men’s Hormone Health?

I’m not sure I even have a problem. Is this for me?

How is this different from TRT?
Traditional TRT replaces testosterone from an outside source, which can shut down your body’s own production. Enclomiphene works differently — it stimulates your body to produce more of its own testosterone, which may be better suited for someone who wants to preserve fertility. Your provider works with you to determine what’s right for you.
Are labs required?
Yes. Starting the program means completing an at-home lab kit — everything you need to take your sample and send it back is included. Your labs measure your actual hormone levels, which your provider reads alongside your HormoneIQ™ score to build your plan. The faster your kit’s back, the faster you start.
What treatments are available?
Depending on your labs and symptoms, your provider may prescribe Enclomiphene, which stimulates your body’s own testosterone production and, unlike standard TRT, may preserve fertility. Tadalafil is included at no cost for patients who are clinically eligible and on Enclomiphene 25mg. A lab panel is required at intake.
Am I eligible?
Eligibility is determined by your provider, based on your labs, health history, and symptoms. The program is available in all states except Mississippi.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Most men start noticing a difference in the early weeks, usually energy first, then sleep, then more drive to train. Your scores get reassessed over time, and your provider adjusts from there.
Are there side effects?
Hormone therapy can have side effects, and they vary by treatment. A provider is available to discuss risks and benefits with you before you start and is available to adjust as-needed.
