How It Works
01
Complete a short, self-reported assessment that shares what you’re experiencing and what matters most to you.
02
Your board certified provider walks through your HormoneIQ™ results together.
03
If your provider determines medication is appropriate, it’s prescribed as part of your plan — built around your hormones, metabolism, and sleep together. Adjusted over time as you go.
Meet HormoneIQ™
HormoneIQ™ is a self-reported assessment across six areas of hormone health — sleep, mood, energy, and more. Your answers give your provider more to work with in the conversation you’re already having with them. It’s one input a licensed clinician reviews alongside your history — not a diagnosis, and not a decision made by the assessment itself.
| Measures | Progress | |
|---|---|---|
| Vasomotor | Hot flashes and night sweats | Fewer flashes interrupting your day — and your sleep |
| Sleep & energy | How you rest and recharge | Sleeping more soundly, with steadier energy |
| Mood | Emotional steadiness | More balance and a greater sense of calm |
| Cognition | Focus and mental clarity | Sharper focus, fewer moments of brain fog |
| Sexual wellness | Intimacy and comfort | Reconnecting with intimacy; support for libido and vaginal health |
| Body composition | Strength and physical change | More energy and strength; feeling more like yourself physically |

Common Questions
What is Women’s Hormone Health?
An individualized medical program for the changes of midlife — built around a connected care team and your HormoneIQ™ assessment, so your hormones, sleep, and weight are treated together, not in isolation.
What treatments are available?
Depending on your symptoms and history, your provider may prescribe options like estrogen (HypoSpray, patch, or pill), progesterone, combination therapies, DHEA vaginal cream, PT-141, GLP-1 support, NAD+, Sermorelin, B12, or Lipotropic injections. Your provider determines what’s right for you.
How is this different from traditional HRT care?
Most hormone care is one prescription from one provider. Here, your HormoneIQ™ scores guide a plan that connects your hormones, sleep, and weight under one coordinated care team — and tracks your progress over time.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Hormone therapy typically takes a few weeks to take effect. Your provider monitors your HormoneIQ™ scores and adjusts along the way.
What if I’m not sure this applies to me?
That’s normal — the assessment is designed to help you and your provider figure that out together, not to sort you into a category on its own.
Am I eligible?
Eligibility is determined by your provider, based on your assessment, health history, and symptoms. The program isn’t available in every state — you’ll find out when you start.
I’m an Ivím member. Is this treatment included?
Yes. Hormone Health visits and provider time are already included in Ivím memberships. Medication, if prescribed, would be billed separately.
Are there side effects?
Hormone therapy may cause side effects such as breast tenderness, mood changes, or bloating. Your provider will review all risks and benefits with you.
Care You Can Trust
“Most women have been told their symptoms are just part of getting older. They’re not. The fatigue, the brain fog, the irritability — those are hormonal signals. When you treat them that way, you can actually feel like yourself again.”
— Dr. Jessica Duncan, MD | Chief Medical Officer
