Digestive Health

Feel good after every meal.

Bloating, discomfort and unpredictable digestion are common, but they’re not something you have to live with. A provider can help you find what’s behind them.

Start with a consult. You don’t need a diagnosis to book one.

What we look at in digestive health

Part of the Ivím 360 framework, the way your care team tracks how you feel across every area of health.

01

Comfort

Gas, bloating, discomfort, and how predictable digestion feels.

02

Efficiency

Heaviness after meals, feeling full early, and how fast food moves through.

03

Regularity

How often and how easily you go.

04

Food tolerance

Which foods bother you, how much, and how wide your comfortable range is.

Where digestive health changes actually come from

Sometimes it’s what you expect. Sometimes it’s connected to something else a provider can find.

01

Your gut microbiome

The bacteria in your gut affect comfort, regularity and even appetite.

02

Fiber and hydration

Most people get less fiber and fluid than their gut needs.

03

Medications

GLP-1s and other medications can change digestion. Your provider can help you manage it.

04

Stress

Your gut and nervous system are closely connected, so stress often shows up in your stomach.

How care at Ivím works

  1. Tell us what’s going on.

Your health history, what you’ve been noticing, and what you want to work on.

  2. Meet your provider.

A licensed Ivím provider reviews it with you and talks through what’s worth looking at.

  3. Get a plan built for you.

Treatment when it’s appropriate, along with guidance on nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress.

  4. Keep going.

Your care team stays with you between visits, and your plan changes as your needs do. Ivím membership gives you access to your care team and to Ivím’s programs. Medication is billed separately.

“Digestion tells us a lot about the rest of your health. When patients feel better after meals, they usually eat better, sleep better and have more energy.”
