 The research

What TB-500 is being studied for

Most research on thymosin beta-4 and TB-500 comes from animal and lab studies. Human data is limited, so your provider will help you weigh what’s known and what isn’t.

01

Soft-tissue healing

Studied in animals and lab models for wound healing and repair of muscle, tendon and ligament.

02

Mobility and flexibility

Commonly discussed for joint comfort and range of motion during recovery.

03

Inflammation

Being studied for its role in calming local inflammation after injury.

What is TB-500?

What it is

Thymosin beta-4 is a naturally occurring protein found in most cells and involved in cell movement and wound healing. TB-500 is a synthetic fragment designed to mimic its active region.

How it’s taken

Injection, as prescribed by your provider. Your provider will explain the schedule and how to use it safely.

Is TB-500 FDA-approved?

No. Ivím prescribes it as a compounded medication prepared by a licensed pharmacy, where federal and state rules allow.

Can TB-500 be combined with BPC-157?

Some providers prescribe them together. Your provider will decide whether that’s appropriate for you.

 Safety comes standard

A provider by your side, any time.

The difference between a peptide and a gray-market vial isn’t just what’s inside. It’s who’s watching out for you.

01

Prescribed, not purchased

A licensed provider decides whether it’s right for you, based on your history, symptoms and goals.

02

Licensed pharmacies only

Compounded by licensed U.S. pharmacies chosen to meet clinical and regulatory standards.

03

Care team, any time

Questions and side effects don’t wait for your next visit. Message your Ivím care team whenever something comes up.

04

Measured, not guessed

Your dose and plan are tracked against how you feel across your Ivím 360, and adjusted as you go.
